Shading
You may have noticed a label regarding carpet shading on the back of your carpet samples. We sometimes receive questions about shading from our customers, and we'd like to clarify that all cut pile carpets, regardless of quality and price, can be subject to shading. This is not a manufacturing defect but results from different light reflections due to uneven pile crushing during use. Be mindful of this effect when choosing your carpet — it is normal.
Maintenance
Imagine stepping onto your plush new carpet daily, feeling the soft fibres cushion your feet. Keep it looking and feeling its best by vacuuming regularly to prevent pesky dirt and dust particles from settling into the pile, causing damage and discolouration. Don't let everyday wear and tear dull your beautiful new floors — prioritise proper maintenance!
Follow these tips for optimal carpet maintenance:
● Vacuum 2-3 times a week.
● Use a large, sturdy doormat to minimise dirt from outdoors being tracked throughout your home.
● Take off your shoes at the entrance to reduce everyday wear and tear.
● If possible, avoid placing light-coloured carpets near external entrances.
● Vacuum artificial fibre and wool carpets regularly, starting from installation day.

Spills and stains can occur anytime in a bustling home with children, pets, or frequent visitors. Luckily, carpets can be easily cleaned by following these guidelines:
1. Address spills and stains immediately, avoiding letting them dry.
2. Use dry kitchen towels or clean white cloths to blot away liquid stains.
3. Remove semi-solid substances with a plastic spatula.
4. Be patient – avoid rubbing vigorously, or over-soaking the stain.
5. Work from the outside of the stain inwards to prevent spreading.
6. Use a clean, damp cloth to blot any remaining stains.
